Airfares from the UAE have started to decline, offering welcome relief to travelers as the offseason sets in. Popular routes to India, along with several regional and international destinations, are now significantly cheaper compared to peak summer prices.
Travel agents report that demand has eased after the school holidays, creating more availability and competitive pricing across airlines. Flights to key Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Kochi have seen noticeable fare reductions, encouraging families and business travelers to book trips in advance.
Industry experts suggest that the dip in airfares is seasonal, with prices expected to rise again closer to winter holidays and festival periods. For now, residents are being urged to take advantage of the lower fares to plan leisure or family visits abroad.
The drop comes as airlines continue to expand routes and add capacity, further boosting options for budget-conscious passengers.
